Dr. Jennifer Del Mundo
Dr. Del Mundo is a licensed psychologist who works collaboratively with her clients to help them achieve their personal goals for growth, healing, and change. She is trained as a cognitive-behavioral therapist but is also influenced by systemic, humanistic, and attachment theories. Thus, her approach to therapy is eclectic and at times, directive, and she adapts well to the individual needs of each client. She believes people are inherently good and have a natural drive to move towards growth. Dr. Del Mundo finds it important to understand clients within the contexts of their relationships, culture, past, and belief systems. Treatment is often present focused and helps clients discover what they can do now to change. Therapy aims to modify maladaptive patterns of thinking and behavior, develop skills for managing distress, improve the quality of relationships, and better one’s sense of self. She provides a comfortable and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and can express themselves freely.
Dr. Del Mundo has immersed herself in the field of psychology since 2002, and she has been in clinical practice since 2006. She completed her B.A. in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego in 2005 and subsequently completed her M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy as well as her Doctorate of Psychology at Alliant International University in Irvine, California. Her dissertation about Filipino American women was published as a book chapter in Transition and Change in Collectivist Family Life: Strategies for Clinical Practice with Asian Americans. She is also certified as a Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP) clinician and has knowledge of evidence-based practices for therapy.

Desiree Lopez, M.S.
Desiree is an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people. Since 2008, she has worked in the service of others in various roles, including leadership positions, overseeing students, and providing clinical services to a wide range of clientele. She is particularly passionate about working with children, teens, young adults, and families. Influenced by psychodynamic theory as well as cognitive behavioral therapy interventions, her approach is both practical and profound. She is comprehensive in assisting clients to understand themselves and their worlds as well as facilitating growth in a positive direction. With a strong capacity for empathy, she provides a warm and sincere therapeutic relationship as well as a safe therapeutic environment. Desiree has completed a B.A. in Psychology at Biola University in 2010 as well as an M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University in 2016.

Kristin Murphy, M.S
Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports individuals on their path towards healing. She is experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. She also incorporates a humanistic approach and solution-focused techniques to make her therapeutic work client-centered, compassionate, and effective. Additionally, as a registered yoga instructor, she has unique training focused on empowering others, utilizing a trauma-informed lens, and embodying warmth and empathy. Since 2011, she has worked with youth, adolescents, and adults in various settings including non-profit organizations, education, community mental health, and acute psychiatric care. She has worked with populations across the lifespan and recognizes the importance of support at all stages in life. She attended California State University, Long Beach, earning her B.A. in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Human Behavior and her M.S. in Social Work with a specialization in Community Mental Health.

Dr. Tiffany Ortiz
Dr. Tiffany Ortiz is a licensed psychologist who supports clients and their families in the healing process and movement towards growth. Incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and multicultural perspectives, she has an integrative and effective approach to treatment. By providing a comfortable therapeutic space, Dr. Ortiz assists clients in enhancing self-awareness, creating meaning out of experiences, and developing skills to manage difficulties. In working with children and adolescents, she melds behavioral theory with a systemic approach in order to assist families in strengthening family dynamics and facilitating emotional and behavioral changes. Dr. Ortiz has been working in the field of psychology since 2004. She completed a B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis of Health Studies at Middlesex University in London, England in 2005 and then her M.S. in Mental Health Studies at King’s College London, The Institute of Psychiatry in 2007. Dr. Ortiz obtained a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a Health Psychology emphasis at Alliant International University shortly thereafter. She has worked in many clinical settings such as hospitals, school-based programs, and community mental health clinics. Her extensive postdoctoral training focused on clinical psychology for children, adolescents, and families as well as her experience in psychoeducational and diagnostic assessments make her a strong and well rounded clinician. Dr. Ortiz is a proponent of early intervention services and specializes in early childhood and parenting. She recently completed an Early Childhood Fellowship through the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently a NAPA Fellow in the Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellowship at the University of California, Davis.

Saarika Rao, M.S
Saarika is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and is committed to providing quality mental health services to clients and their families. Since 2012, she has worked in private clinics, schools, public healthcare agencies, and acute settings where she has provided individual and group mental health services to youth, adults, and families. Trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, Saarika incorporates a wide array of effective strategies into therapy to best serve her clients. She is experienced in working with adults, older adults, children, and adolescents. Direct, professional, and empathetic, Saarika is a competent and helpful therapist dedicated to the progress of her clients. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and South Asian Studies in 2010 from Rutgers University and thereafter, her M.S. in Social Work from the University of Southern California.

Trisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping clients heal and move towards positive growth. She provides a warm and safe therapeutic space by approaching client care with a non-judgmental and genuine demeanor. Trisha has been actively engaged with a diverse set of clientele since 2013, working in community mental health, acute psychiatric hospitals, private clinics, and state universities. Trisha obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine and her M.A. in Clinical Social Work at the University of Southern California. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Theoretically, she is also influenced by attachment, humanistic, and psychodynamic models. Thus, she works relationally and collaboratively with her clients to empower them to understand themselves and implement changes. In her therapeutic work with clients, Trisha is hopeful that they can change their lives for the better, improve the way they view themselves, enhance their relationships, effectively manage their stressors, and strengthen their capacity for resilience.
